The end of the football season is rapidly approaching. There are only two teams left standing who will face off in that really big football bowl game we call the Super Bowl. Super Bowl Sunday has become a day recognized for special gatherings, parties, and terrific food. Great football food calls for championship quality BBQ. Pulled pork or chopped beef brisket sandwiches; ribs, or chicken all smoked to perfection using the same recipes and methods we use in competitions.
