The month of May is National BBQ Month. Why? Because summer is just around the corner. The weather is getting warmer. Thoughts begin to turn to outdoor events and BBQ!

What a great day it was...yesterday at the Cedar Mill Cider Festival. It was good to see many of our friends who we have missed this summer. We have been blessed this year. Cedar Mill Cider Festival 2012

It’s almost here! The 6^th annual Cedar Mill Cider Festival. Burnt Ends is excited to once again be the primary food vendor for the Cedar Mill Cider Festival on Sunday October 14, 2012. We’ll have lots of your favorite BBQ treats available from 1:00-4:00pm. Come on by and join in the fun. Watch and taste as local Boy Scouts turn fresh cider from old fashioned presses.  Local business and crafters will show their wares. Grab some Q this Saturday!

This Saturday September 29, Burnt Ends will be honored to be a part of the Hillsboro Pass It On children’s resale event from 10am to 5pm at Tannesborne in the old Bed Bath and Beyond location.  A great place to  find clothes, toys, furniture etc at great prices. Also this is a super place to find costumes for Halloween and other fall events. For complete information Pass It On

In conjunction with Pass It On, next door there will be a Parenting 411 fair and exposition.  This is a great place to find resources for parents, grandparents and child care providers to entertain, discipline and guide our nation’s most precious resource, our children.

This Saturday and Sunday Burnt Ends BBQ will have the honor of serving our BBQ to the guests at the Annual Lavender and Blues Festival at Meier Farrms near Helvatia, OR. Come out and join in the fun. Wine tasting, craft vendors, Blues Music and great BBQ. The venue opens at noon. Music begins at 4PM. We hope to see you there!
