With the arrival of spring thoughts turn toward outdoor activities. Burnt Ends BBQ is excited for the warmer weather and for all the outdoor fun that is in store this year. Once again we will be participating with the Cedar Mill Farmers Market. We are currently working out our schedule and will keep our fans posted through our blog and our Facebook page. We are also your source of great BBQ for special events. Let us do the cooking while you enjoy and entertain your guests. We will set up and serve onsite or drop off your meal ready to serve. Think of BBQ for graduation parties; family reunions; and company picnics.  BBQ makes any event special.

New Year Resolutions

New Years is a time for making resolutions. Here at Burnt Ends BBQ we hope that you have resolved to eat more BBQ this year! We have resolved to make many new friends and create much BBQ happiness!

BBQ is a great option for entertaining guests. Gatherings of all sizes can be special with the addition of some great competition quality BBQ. Super Bowl; Graduation; Birthday parties; are great times for BBQ. Also Business Lunches, Company Picnics, and Class Reunions are perfect times to celebrate BBQ. Fall...A Great Time for BBQ!

It has been a great summer of sharing our great BBQ at the Cedar Mills Farmers Market. For those who supported us once, twice, or many times we say a huge THANK YOU for your support!! As the calendar has turned to Fall, thoughts turn to Football and Soccer games, and soon the Holidays. Have a special game day party planned? Think BBQ! And speaking of memorable events one of our highlight events each year is the Cedar Mill Cider Festival. This year’s festival will take place on Sunday October 17 at the site of the John Quincy Adams Young house, 12050 NW Cornell Rd, Portland, OR 97229; next to the Cedar Mill Bible Church. Visit Burnt Ends BBQ @ Cedar Mill Farmers Market

Beginning Saturday July 17, and for the next three weeks, Burnt Ends BBQ will take a break from the Northwest competition BBQ circuit and set up our booth at the Cedar Mill Farmers Market. The Cedar Mill Farmers Market is located in the parking lot of the shopping center at the intersection of NW Murray and Cornell Roads, just west of the Safeway store. You will find a great selection of farm fresh fruits and vegetables along with a wonderful array of locally crafted items. On Saturday we will be selling two of our favorite BBQ treats; pulled pork and Chopped BBQ Beef Brisket sandwiches. Come early, we promise a breakfast surprise! The Farmers Market hours are 8:00 AM to 1 PM. See you there!

BBQ and Brew Week!

"Burnt Ends BBQ will be vending our BBQ during BBQ and Brew Week at Village in Tom McCall Waterfront Park during Rose Festival Wednesday June 2 through Sunday June 6. We look forward to seeing many of our long time friends and making many new ones. Each day there will be featured presentations covering various aspects of BBQ technique and cooking. In addition to celebrating BBQ as part of the All-American Spirit, the Pacific Northwest Barbecue Championship will take place on Saturday and Sunday. Come on down and wish us luck! Exciting News From Burnt Ends BBQ!

We have been selected as an approved vendor for the Pacific Northwest Barbecue Championship at the Portland Rose Fesitval's Waterfront Village in Tom McCall Waterfront Park. We will be vending our barbecue from Wednesday June 2, through Sunday June 6, from 11 AM to 11 PM each day during Barbecue and Brew Week. For more information Click Here

Spring

Spring is an exciting time. Easter brings fresh hope, and warmer weather brings blooming flowers and bursts of color everywhere.
